Organic Agricultural Sciences

Organic agricultural sciences is an umbrella term for research and teaching in the field of organic agriculture . Many research institutes and departments at several universities deal with ecological agricultural science. More on this on the organic farming research page .

The Department 11 Organic Agricultural Sciences of the University of Kassel in the town Witzenhausen is the only university department, which refers to the issue of Ecological Agriculture concentrated. He leads the bachelor's degree in "Organic Agriculture" as well as the master's degree:

  • International Food Business and Consumer Studies
  • Landscape architecture and landscape planning
  • Organic farming and
  • Sustainable International Agriculture.
