With Jesenice he was Slovenian champion in 2010 and 2011 .
In the 2010/11 season he formed together with Rok Tičar and Robert Sabolič a storm formation that despite their youth (none of the players was older than 22 at the start of the season) grew into one of the most important ranks of their club, with all three players in the front Rows of the top scorer rating were to be found. After the end of the season in Austria, he spent the rest of the season again with Jesenice in the Slovenian ice hockey league and won the fourth national championship title in a row with his team. After the season, the Slovenian moved back to his ex-club in Bratislava , which he left after only three scorer points in 32 games at the end of the season. In the 2019/20 season, Jeglič was hired by HC Zlín in the Czech Republic in the Extraliga , but after only five games he was loaned to league rivals BK Mladá Boleslav , where he earned 20 scorer points in another 33 games.
