action

Cruella de Vil spent three years in prison. She is supported by the psychologist Dr. Pavlov treats and loves dogs. However, Dr. Pavlov found, shortly after Cruella's release, that Big Ben's chime was resetting brain waves. In Chloe's office, right next to Big Ben, Cruella is exposed to the sounds and insane because she sees everything in dots. Because of this, their urge to kill Dalmatians increases again. Of course, Chloe believes Cruella is cured and does not notice the warnings from her dalmatian man. He is a son of Pongo and Perdi and was kidnapped by Cruella along with his siblings and other Dalmatians. Now he has three little puppies himself . One of these puppies has no points and is therefore called zero.

Cruella wants to kill the Dalmatians for another coat, with the servant Alonzo to help her. She hires the tailor Jean-Pierre Le Pelt. In France, in his studio, Chloe, Kevin and Alonzo save the dogs, and Cruella falls into the large mixing bowl in the bakery where the studio is located and slips into the oven. When she comes out again, she is a living cake and, when asked by Jean-Pierre “What should we do?”, Says her famous answer “Keep calm and eat the cake…”. Chloe falls in love with Kevin Sheperd. Cruella's fortune goes to Kevin's shelter. Zero starts at the end of the story to get points.
