description
138 East 50th Street is located in Midtown Manhattan . According to current plans (as of December 2016), the tower should be 245 meters high and have 64 floors. This will make the skyscraper one of the tallest residential buildings in New York.
In 2012, Extell Corp. sold the property to the Cerruzzi Group for 57 million euros. Original plans included the construction of a hotel. However, this was rejected and residential units are to be built instead. The building was completed in early 2019.
