Abe Masanori ( Japanese 阿 部 正 権 ; * February 26, 1806 , † November 8, 1823 ) was a daimyo in the second half of the Edo period . His Han included Oshi in Musashi Province and Shirakawa in Mutsu Province .

Masanori was born as the second eldest son of the daimyo of Oshi, Abe Masayoshi . His childhood name was Kanemaru (?) ( 銕 丸 ). When he was three years old, his father died and Masanori became the heir and the new head of the family. Since Masanori was still a child and also of a weak constitution, his mother took over the administration of the fief. Masanori himself was given guardianship to Abe Masakiyo , daimyo of Fukuyama in the province of Bingo , who came from the main line of the family .

In 1822 the shogunate government exchanged the lords of the fiefs Oshi, Kuwana in the province of Ise and Shirakawa in a decree . The Abe family, who had administered the fiefdom in Oshi for 114 years, were forced to move to Shirakawa. In the midst of this move, Masanori died. Since he died without ever having given the formal audience required for recognition as the heir of the daimyate with the Shogun , he never held an office rank. The line of succession passed to his cousin Abe Masaatsu ( 阿 部 正 篤 ).
