Adrian Pfahl (born July 30, 1982 in Bietigheim-Bissingen ) is a German handball player .

Pfahl began his active career with SKV Oberstenfeld. He then moved to the second division TSG Oßweil . After two years he went to league competitor TSV Bayer Dormagen before moving to first division club VfL Gummersbach in 2008 .

At VfL, the left-hander played in the right back space and had the number 26. With VfL, he won the EHF Cup in 2009 and the European Cup Winners ' Cup in 2010 and 2011 .

For the 2009/10 season he had already signed a contract with HBW Balingen-Weilstetten , but this was dissolved before the change and Pfahl extended his contract in Gummersbach for two more years. For the 2013/14 season, Pfahl moved to HSV Hamburg . After HSV Handball filed for bankruptcy on December 16, 2015, he moved to Frisch Auf Göppingen . With Göppingen he won the EHF Cup in 2016 and 2017 . In the summer of 2018 he moved to the Württemberg division TSV Alfdorf / Lorch.

He made his international debut in the DHB jersey on June 12, 2010 against Greece in Dortmund. He was part of the national team at the 2011 World Cup in Sweden, the 2012 European Championship in Serbia and the 2013 World Cup in Spain.

Pfahl is married and a mechanical engineer (industrial mechanic).
