Agostinho Gomes da Silva is an East Timorese police officer. He holds the rank of superintendent and has been General Director of the Serviço de Migração de Timor-Leste , which reports to the Ministry of Defense, since 2019 . Gomes was previously the police chief of Manufahi Township . Until 2013 he was in command of the Unidade de Patrulhamento de Fronteira .

On March 18, 2011 Gomes was awarded the Medalha Solidariedade de Timor-Leste .
