Albert Arnstadt

Albert Karl Arnstadt (born May 11, 1862 in Großvargula ; † January 29, 1947 ibid) was a German politician ( German Conservative Party , German National People's Party ).

Life and work

After attending elementary school , Arnstadt, who was of Protestant faith, completed an agricultural apprenticeship on his parents' farm, which had been in the family since about 1500. In 1883/84 he attended the agricultural winter school in Merseburg . He later took over the farm from his father. He was chairman of various agricultural associations and cooperatives and was a member of the local chamber of agriculture. In 1912 he became a church elder in Großvargula .

Political party

Arnstadt was originally a member of the German Conservative Party . In 1918 he participated in the founding of the German National People's Party . On October 1, 1931, he joined the NSDAP .

MP

Arnstadt had been a member of the community council of Großvargula since 1892 and deputy head of office there since 1912. He was a member of the Reichstag of the German Empire as a member of the constituency Erfurt 3 ( Mühlhausen - Langensalza ) from 1907 to 1918. In 1919/20 he was a member of the Weimar National Assembly . Then he was again a member of the Reichstag until May 1924 .
