Alchemilla sect. Subcuneatifoliae is a section from the genus Lady's mantle ( Alchemilla )nativeto Africa .
features
They are silky, hairy dwarf shrubs that usually form carpets and rarely reach a height of over two meters. Their internodes are regular and short. The branching is monopodial . The leaves are small, undivided to three-part, sessile, and with membranous, overgrown stipules . In the bud , the young leaf blade is surrounded by its own tute .
The inflorescences are small. The outer calyx is much smaller than the sepals . The goblet is slightly constricted at the top. There are one or two carpels with a heady scar .
Occurrence
The section is limited to the East African mountains near the equator.
