Alex Anasuya

Alex Anasuya (* 21st June 1982 in Coburg , Bavaria ) is a German actress .

Life

Alex Anasuya grew up in different parts of Bavaria . She gained her first stage experience during her childhood and youth, among other things in Latin American tournament dance and in school theater. After she left school after the 11th grade, she started training as a nurse in Burghausen. She completed this with a state examination and then worked in various clinics in Munich.

Since the age of 21 she played more and more theater and thus gained further stage experience, including at the FestSpielHaus Munich. After Anasuya initially took private acting lessons, she decided in 2006 to complete a three-year acting training course. She moved her center of life to Berlin and studied at the "Berlin School for Stage Art" as well as at the "Etage" (School for the Performing Arts) in Kreuzberg. In 2008 she founded the project “Pherom” with the musician Jan Akash, in which she was active as a studio singer until 2011.

In 2009 she graduated from drama school as a "state-certified actress" with admission to the ZAV . Since then she has also been increasingly in front of the camera and made numerous short feature films as well as some feature films, with which she was seen on the screen at numerous film festivals. She also occasionally takes on small roles in television and moderation. Alex Anasuya lives in Berlin and India and works freelance in the fields of theater, film and television, as well as a speaker. Training in yoga, Reiki, massage (Lomi-Lomi, Thai-Yoga, Ayurveda ) and contact improvisation followed since 2012 .
