Alhambra is a city in the US state of California . It is located in the geographic center of Los Angeles County in Southern California and has a population of around 89,000. The urban area covers an area of ​​19.7 km².

By Interstate 710 and the San Bernardino Freeway is a close transport links to Los Angeles and other cities in the region and further into the Californian hinterland.

Demographics

According to the 2010 census , there were 83,089 people in the Alhambra. The population has decreased by around 2000 since the 2000 census .
