Anime comic
An anime comic is a comic that uses individual images that come exclusively from an anime . Speech bubbles and noises are added onomatopoeically to the pictures using so-called onomatopoeia , so that the story is reproduced as a comic. As a rule, the text is based on the synchronization of the anime, although there may be deviations. Unlike most mangas , anime comics are colored.
The comic form emerged in Japan around 1980 as a continuation of the exploitation chain from manga series to anime film adaptations - back to the comic form in a cost-effective manner with a significantly higher profit than the original. The original Japanese name animekomikkusu ( ア ニ メ コ ミ ッ ク ス ) was coined by the publisher Kōdansha .
In some Western countries, anime comics produced by publishers there preceded the initial publication of manga. These gave a first taste of Japanese comics. In Germany, the anime films for the series Dragon Ball , Dragon Ball Z , Dragon Ball GT , One Piece , Detective Conan and Naruto have appeared as anime comics.
