Annica Gunilla Åhlén (born January 17, 1975 in Trångsund ) is a former Swedish ice hockey goalkeeper who won the bronze medal with the Swedish national team at the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City . She also took part in the 1998 Winter Olympics in Nagano.

Åhlén conceded the first goal in the history of women's ice hockey at the Olympics in Nagano on February 8, 1998 . The goal was scored by the Finn Petra Vaarakallio . After the 1998 Winter Games, she initially ended her national team career, but returned to the squad in 2000. Åhlén made 122 appearances for Sweden in total.

At club level she played for Trångsunds IF, Västerhaninge IF , Nacka HK , Brynäs IF and AIK Solna .
