Anthony Chisholm

Anthony Chisholm (born April 9, 1943 in Cleveland ) is an American actor . He became known for his roles in the TV series Oz - Hell Behind Bars as the character Burr Redding and as Tito in the movie Premium Rush .

Chisholm's acting career began with his short role in Black Power in 1968, followed by a few other minor roles in films - such as Putney Swope as Cowboy (1969) and When Night Falls in Manhattan (Original: Cotton Comes To Harlem , 1970) as "Black Plainclothesman". Other roles in American television series and short films followed .

In 1998, Chisholm played the character of Langhorne in the film Human Child . He achieved greater fame in the years 2001 to 2003 when he took part in a total of three seasons of the series Oz . 2012 followed his role as Tito in Premium Rush .

In addition, Chisholm is also active in the theater . He played in the play Tracers at the Seymoure Center in Sydney , and has played other roles in the theaters of Melbourne and at the Royal Court Theater in London . There he won the Laurence Olivier Award in the Best New Play category .
