Labor Court Koblenz

The Labor Court in Koblenz , a labor court , is one of the five labor courts in Rhineland-Palatinate .

Seat and District of the Court

The court has its seat in Koblenz at Deinhardpassage 1 . In Neuwied , until 1977 the seat of the Neuwied Labor Court , it maintained the “Foreign Chambers” with the Betzdorf , Hachenburg and Sinzig courts . When the new justice center went into operation in December 2010, the chambers of foreign affairs were relocated to the main court in Koblenz. Court days will continue to be held in Cochem , Diez , Mayen , Montabaur , Betzdorf, Hachenburg and Sinzig.

The Koblenz Labor Court is local for legal disputes from the city of Koblenz , the district of Cochem-Zell , the district of Mayen-Koblenz , the Rhein-Lahn district , the Rhein-Hunsrück district (with the exception of the municipalities of Kastellaun , Kirchberg , Rheinböllen and Simmern ) , the district of Neuwied , the Westerwaldkreis , the district of Ahrweiler and the district of Altenkirchen . The factual jurisdiction results from the Labor Court Act .

Superior courts

The regional labor court of Rhineland-Palatinate in Mainz and the Federal Labor Court in Erfurt are superordinate to the Labor Court in Koblenz .
