Armin Trtovac (born September 10, 1997 in Mainz ) is a German basketball player of Serbian descent.
career
Trtovac played in the youth department of TSV Schott Mainz , in the 2012/13 season he wore the SG RheinHessen jersey in the youth basketball league . For the 2014/15 season he switched to the youth department of the Bundesliga club Skyliners Frankfurt and made his first appearances in the second men's team of Hessen in the 2nd Bundesliga ProB . In 2015, it was awarded a funding contract (duration: three years) by the Frankfurters. At the end of April 2017, Trtovac made his debut in the basketball Bundesliga against Alba Berlin . In February 2018, Trtovac in Frankfurt received a three-year contract extension. However, there was a separation before the end of the term, in the summer of 2019 he moved to the second division USC Heidelberg . Trtovac had played seven Bundesliga appearances for the Frankfurt team.
National team
In May 2017 Trtovac was appointed to the squad of the German U20 national team.
