Arnd Kluge

Arnd Kluge (* 1961 ) is a German historian and archivist .

Kluge studied history with a focus on economic and social history in Münster and Bonn. With a history of the German banking cooperatives , he received his PhD from the University of Bonn in 1990. phil. PhD. 1991 to 1993 followed a training as archivist of the higher service. Since 1993 he has been head of the Hof City Archives . From 2006 to 2016, Kluge was the first chairman of the North Upper Franconian Association for Nature, History and Regional Studies and was director of the Bavarian Vogtland Museum in Hof. 2018 habilitation in economic and social history at the University of Regensburg.
