Arne Leonhardt

Arne Leonhardt (born April 20, 1931 in Chemnitz ; † May 16, 1982 in Karl-Marx-Stadt ) was a German writer who was best known for radio plays. He also wrote short stories and detective novels.

Life

After graduating from high school and completing his first degree, Leonhardt initially worked as a teacher. From 1958 to 1961 he studied at the Leipzig Institute for Literature and then became a freelance author. He worked on radio play series and wrote short stories and detective novels.
