Mehmet Ferit Pascha ( Ottoman محمد فريد پاشا, Turkish Avlonyalı Mehmet Ferit Paşa , Albanian  Ferit Pasha Vlora ; * 1851 in Ioannina , died 1914 in Sanremo , Liguria , Italy ) was an Ottoman statesman of Albanian descent and the last Grand Vizier before the Young Turkish Revolution in 1908.

Ferit Pascha served a total of 45 years, mainly under Abdülhamid II , including from 1898 to 1902 as Wali des Vilayets Konya and as Ottoman Grand Vizier from January 15 to July 22, 1908, when the Sultan reinstated the Ottoman constitution of 1876. He was also a member of the State Council and the Ottoman Senate. In 1909 he was Wali des Vilâyets Aydın . In the same year and 1912 he was the Ottoman Minister of the Interior.

Like his cousin Ismali Kemal Bey , the founder of the state of Albania , he came from the House of Vlora , the local Beys of Vlora . On his mother's side, he is descended from Ali Pascha Tepelena .

In addition to Albanian and Turkish, Ferit Pascha also spoke Greek , Italian , Arabic and French .
