Axel Siefer (born April 28, 1951 ) is a German actor and director .

Axel Siefer has worked as an actor and director since 1971. He attended the drama school in Stuttgart from 1969 to 1973 . In addition to working as an actor and director, he was involved in the founding and management of several theaters in Germany .

In addition, Axel Siefer wrote a book in 2004 with the title When Schubert was as old as I ... , in which he processed his twenty years of stage experience as the performer of the double bass player in Patrick Süskind's The Double Bass and in 2015 the story 'Hubert', a story of development from a children's perspective. From 2010 to 2014 he played Kurt Lowinski in the Sat.1 series Danni Lowinski.
