The Babulówka rises west of the village Trzęsówka (gmina Cmolas ), first flows away in a north-north-west direction, turns north near the village of Babule, flows through the small town of Baranów Sandomierski , there passes the castle to the east and flows after a 32.2 km long run just above the bridge of Droga krajowa 9 over the Vistula to the right into this.
