Vanløse is an above-ground S-Bahn and U-Bahn station in the Danish capital, Copenhagen , in the Vanløse district of the same name . It is served by lines C and H of the Copenhagen S-Bahn and M1 and M2 of the subway .

The first station went into operation on June 15, 1898. Since the opening of the first S-tog line Klampenborg – Hellerup – Vanløse – Frederiksberg on April 3, 1934, Vanløse station has been part of this subsequently expanded transport system. The station was rebuilt by September 23, 1941. There were two island platforms, the eastern one was a slightly lower head platform that was used as a hairpin for the trains from Klampenborg via Vanløse to Frederiksberg.

The construction of the subway including the branch line to Frederiksberg led to far-reaching changes. The head platform was rebuilt for subway operations, the track connections between the railway and the current subway line including the connecting arch to the ring line to Klampenborg were omitted. For the transition to ring line F, the new tower station Flintholm was built just a short distance from Vanløse station. The converted station facility went into operation on October 12, 2003 with the newly built Frederiksberg – Vanløse subway section. The station is above ground in an elevated position. There are transfer options to various bus routes.
