Banner Records
Banner Records was an American record label that published jazz recordings, among other things .
history
Banner Records was founded in 1922 by the Plaza Music Company . First, some records from the Emerson Records and Paramount Records were released again. Banner's recording studio was in New York City , which is where most of the record labels were based at the time. Adrian Schubert was the recording director and also directed the company's own orchestra . The label was generally considered relatively cheap with its nationwide releases. In 1928 the Banner Records merged with the Pathé Records and the Cameo Records to form the American Record Corporation , or ARC Records for short . Until 1938, Banner continued to release records, then only in 1939 various purchased records from Klezmer Records.
