Farm Robert-Werner-Platz 11

description

The small two-storey, with outbuildings listed house is gable constantly for Robert Werner Platz . On the back there is a farm building attached to the left at a right angle. The beaver-tailed gable roof of the main house cantilevers over the courtyard side, in the corbels facing the street the year 1865 can be seen, "which refers to a conversion and extension." The farmhouse probably dates from the first half of the 19th century.

There is an arched cellar entrance in the courtyard.

The annex to the right of the main house with the roof towed to the ground floor was removed during the renovation due to its poor condition from 2003, so that the gable side of the plastered building was given an almost symmetrical appearance. Partially blocked window openings were reopened and the " sandstone walls that were not preserved everywhere were repaired, structurally supplemented and highlighted in a uniform color." "Doors and windows were renewed in traditional shapes with good craftsmanship".

In 2006, the client received the Radebeul client award for “[with] the renovation of this house [...] and pointing the way for the development of Robert-Werner-Platz”.
