The 2004 Bausch & Lomb Championships were a tier II women's tennis tournament as part of the 2004 WTA Tour . The clay court tournament on Amelia Island took place from April 3rd to 11th, 2004.

Lindsay Davenport won the singles final against Amélie Mauresmo 6: 4 and 6: 4. In doubles, the pairing Nadja Petrowa / Meghann Shaughnessy defeated Myriam Casanova and Alicia Molik 3: 6, 6: 2 and 7: 5 in the final .

The qualification for the Bausch & Lomb Championships 2004 took place from April 3rd to 4th, 2004. Four places for singles and one place for doubles were played out to participate in the main field.
