Bernd Arnholdt (born October 5, 1961 ) is a former German soccer player .

Career

Arnholdt played from 1971 in the children and youth division of FC Hansa Rostock . In 1981 he moved up to the top division squad. In the 1985/86 season Arnholdt rose with FC Hansa as the table penultimate from the league and managed the direct rise in the following season. In the promotion season, Arnholdt was in the final of the FDGB Cup with FC Hansa and was defeated 1: 4 by 1. FC Lokomotive Leipzig in the World Youth Stadium in Berlin. He played for Hansa until the end of 1987.

From November 1987 to 1989 he ran for ASG Vorwärts Stralsund and from 1989 to spring 1990 for shipping / Rostock port . In spring 1990 he returned to FC Hansa and played here until 1991. In the 1990/91 season , the last season of GDR football, he won the championship title and the FDGB Cup with Rostock . In the championship season, Arnholdt made two league appearances; in the cup he was not used.

Then he ran for the Hansa amateurs.

Arnholdt played a total of 76 GDR league games and 17 GDR league games for FC Hansa Rostock and scored a league goal.

Bernd Arnholdt appeared 14 times for the U-18 and twice for the U-21 national team of the GDR.

In the 2007/08 season Arnholdt is assistant coach in the youth division of FC Hansa.
