Bernd Messinger

Bernd Messinger (born October 2, 1952 in Hasselbach ) is a Hessian politician ( Die Grünen ) and former member of the Hessian state parliament .

education and profession

Bernd Messinger studied after high school, he in 1972 on the drawing-Gymnasium in Frankfurt took off, German studies, sociology and education at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main. In 1980 he passed the first state examination and in 1981, after completing his legal clerkship at the Frankfurt Herder-Gymnasium, the second state examination. He then took on teaching positions at the adult education center and as a psychology lecturer at the Frankfurt University Clinic.

From 1982 to April 1985 Bernd Messinger was parliamentary group assistant for the parliamentary group of the Greens in the state parliament as well as its press spokesman with a focus on "foreigner policy, trade unions, education policy". Due to the principle of rotation, he moved up on April 10, 1985 for Iris Blaul in the state parliament. There he was Vice President of the Hessian State Parliament from May 9, 1985. With the premature dissolution of the state parliament, he left the mandate in 1987. In 1984 he was a member of the 8th Federal Assembly .
