Billy Stritch

Billy Stritch (born February 12, 1962 in Houston , Texas ) is an American pianist and singer .

Billy Stritch is mainly dedicated to traditional pop music . At times he worked with other artists, such as Liza Minnelli , with whom he was in a relationship for a short time in the early 1990s. In January 1992 Stritch wrote some arrangements for Minnelli's concert series at Radio City Music Hall , a cut of which was also broadcast on television. He also appeared with Minnelli in 1993 on the show Sondheim: A Celebration at Carnegie Hall from the Great Performances series in honor of the musical composer Stephen Sondheim . Stritch has also appeared on the Oprah Winfrey Show and Good Morning America .
