Bobby Alu

Bobby Alu is an Australian musician with Samoan roots.

Alu is a percussionist , but also plays the ukulele and sings. Radio Australia called its music " Pacific reggae tunes ". On his third album he musically processed his roots as a musician from Upolu (Samoa).

His drummer Grant Gerathy has been part of the John Butler Trio since 2013 .

In 2016 he appeared in the opening act of Xavier Rudd on his Europe tour.
