Born to Raise Hell is a song by British hard rock and metal band Motörhead . The guests on the original version for the film Airheads include rapper Ice-T and Ugly Kid Joe singer Whitfield Crane . The single was released in November 1994.

background

Lemmy Kilmister originally wrote the song Born to Raise Hell for the German hard rock band Skew Siskin . They also recorded the song, but had no record deal at the time, so the recording remained unreleased.

Instead, the song was used by Motörhead along with the song Hellraiser , which Lemmy had written for Ozzy Osbourne , for the film Hellraiser III . In contrast to this song, Born to Raise Hell was only heard in the credits and was not immortalized on the soundtrack album. The same version appeared on the album Bastards (1993).

The song was used on the soundtrack for the film Airheads a year later . Whitfield Crane, singer of Ugly Kid Joe and gangsta rapper Ice-T were featured as musical guests on the song. The song was produced by Howard Benson and recorded at A&M Studios and Prime Time Studios in Hollywood , California .
