Brett De Palma

Brett De Palma (* 1949 in Lexington , Kentucky ) is an American painter .

life and work

De Palma studied until his bachelor's degree in 1970 at Vanderbilt University in Nashville , then switched to the School of the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, where he received a Bachelor of Fine Arts and in 1973 his master's degree from Tufts University . In 1980 he moved to New York City , worked at the Sperone Westwater and became an assistant to the artist Red Grooms.
