Allen Lambert Galleria

The Allen Lambert Galleria , which runs parallel to Front Street, was built in 1992 by the Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava as the result of an international architecture competition . The organic arch construction spans six floors inside the complex. A small part of the construction forms a kind of parasol outside the complex. The gallery is a popular tourist spot and has received landmark status. It bears the name of the Canadian banker Allen Lambert (1911-2002), who was chairman of the Toronto-Dominion Bank . The gallery is attached to the underground city PATH .
