César Pérez (athlete)
César Pérez ( César Pérez Segovia ; born April 7, 1975 ) is a former Spanish obstacle runner .
In 2003 he won the Universiade , and in 2004 he was Ibero-American champion. In 2006 he was eighth at the European Athletics Championships in Gothenburg .
In the spring of 2009, he replaced Mariano Díez as coach from Marta Domínguez . In December 2010 he was arrested along with Domínguez, the sports doctor Eufemiano Fuentes and eleven other people in the Operación Galgo on suspicion of having been trafficking in doping drugs .
