The Diableretshütte is a refuge of the Swiss Alpine Club Jaman Section in the Vaud Alps ( Switzerland ).
Location and operation
The hut stands below the “Tête aux Chamois”, the middle station of the “Glacier 3000” cable car to the Diablerets massif , above the Col du Pillon at an altitude of 2,485 m above sea level. M. and is operated by the Jaman section of the Swiss Alpine Club and is maintained in spring (ski tours) and summer.
history
The traditional hut built in 1952 below the Diablerets glacier plateau offers many climbing and touring opportunities and nearby via ferratas. It is suitable for training courses, schools and clubs. In winter it enables access to the piste area and alpine ascents. The hut was sold in 2018 by the SAC section Chaussy to the section Jaman and is to be upgraded.

- From the mountain station “Tête aux Chamois” (normal route, summer and spring) in 5 minutes, level of difficulty T1
- From Col du Pillon in 3 hours, ascent 950 meters in altitude, difficulty level T5
