Calum Elliot (born March 30, 1987 in Edinburgh ) is a Scottish football player . He plays for the Lithuanian first division club VMFD Žalgiris Vilnius .
Career
Elliot grew up in southwest Edinburgh, where he attended Bonaly Primary School and Firrhill High School. In 2004 he signed a professional contract with Heart of Midlothian . In the 2004/05 season, Elliot made his Hearts debut against Inverness Thistle . In December 2005, Elliot scored his first goal for Hearts in a 5-0 win over FC Falkirk , making him the Hearts' youngest ever goalscorer at the age of 18. In 2006, Elliot was surprisingly loaned out to Motherwell FC for six months . In 2008 the Scot moved to Livingston FC on loan . There he was named Young Player of the Month of the Scottish Football League in September because he scored five times and prepared a goal in his first four league games.
Elliot has played in Scotland's U-19 and U-21 . In 2007 he took part in the 2007 Junior World Cup in Canada.
