Carcajolo Blanc is an autochthonous white wine variety on the island of Corsica in France. There it is mainly grown in the area around Figari in the south of the island. On the island of Sardinia, the variety is known under the synonym name Bariadorgia . In 1988, 17 hectares of planted vineyards were raised in Corsica. Areas in Sardinia are no longer known. It is no longer included in French statistics in 2010.

In Corsica there is also the red variety Carcajolo Noir .

Wine

The late-ripening variety results in low-alcohol, quite aromatic white wines with a light yellow color.
