Carolina Barco
Carolina Barco Isakson (* 1951 in Boston , Massachusetts ) is a Colombian politician and diplomat .
Barco has been Foreign Minister in President Álvaro Uribe's inauguration in August 2002 . On July 10, 2006, she put her from office and replaced after Andrés Pastrana as Ambassador to the United States off after this before the beginning of July in protest against the proposed appointment of his long-time political opponent Ernesto Samper to the post of Colombian ambassador in Paris from resigned from office.
