The Changzheng Ri is a mountain in the Himalayas in circles Dingri of the district of Shigatse in Tibet Autonomous Region of the People's Republic of China .
The Changzheng Ri has a height of 6916 m . The mountain is located 9.25 km northwest of the summit of Mount Everest . The Changzheng Ri is connected to the Changtse ( 7543 m ) via a mountain ridge. In between there is still the 6,853 m high Jiangbing Ri peak . On the eastern flank of Changzheng Ri, the Eastern Rongpu Glacier flows north, while the Western Rongpu Glacier and the actual Rongpu Glacier unite on its western flank . On its southeast flank is the Changtsegletscher , a tributary glacier of the Eastern Rongpu Glacier.
The Changzheng Ri has already been climbed. The American Jimmy Chin managed the first ski run from Changzheng Ri.
