Christina Jehne
Christina Jehne (* 1951 in Essen ) is a German designer and specialist book author.
Life
Jehne studied interior design in Mainz and began her freelance work as a designer after graduating as a designer in 1975. In Switzerland and the USA , she then studied photography and fine art with a focus on printmaking and ceramics as well as painting at a German private academy. Christina Jehne has been working as a freelance artist and lecturer in all areas of painting since 1992. She has published didactic art books on the subjects of watercolor , oil and pastel painting as well as mixed media. In 2005 she opened a painting school in Großburgwedel near Hanover . She lives in Thönse near Burgwedel .
Since 1979 Jehne has exhibited her works in international exhibitions. a. in the USA, Geneva and Hamburg .
