Philosophical work

In his philosophical work, Quarch proposes an update of ancient Greek philosophy, particularly that of Plato. His philosophical project revolves around the question of a successful, living life. He voted for a reformulation of traditional virtue ethics and a reconnection of European culture to its roots in ancient Greece.

Theological work

As a theologian, Quarch is working on the project of a re-eroticization of Christianity : the central Christian concept of agape must be freed from its moral interpretation as love for one's neighbor and rediscovered as passionate and devoted love for God and man. He also pleads for a re-connection of being in the world and thus for a re-ligio.

Political commitment

In November 2015, in response to the terrorist attacks on November 13, 2015 in Paris and the immigration of refugees to Europe, Quarch launched an online petition on the weACT platform to introduce a mandatory European Citizen Service . He hopes that this will create a sense of European citizenship and anchor European values in the inhabitants of the member states of the European Union .
