Christopher Ride

Christopher Ride (* 1965 in Canberra ) is an Australian businessman and writer . He is the author of science fiction thrillers .

Life

When Christopher Ride was 20 years old, he was already living in seven different countries. a. Burma , Peru , Turkey , Canada , Tanzania and the USA . In 1984 he returned to his home country in Melbourne and worked for IBM as a hardware engineer. After 8 years he moved to the sales department of the then Australian start-up company Interactive in the IT service sector , where he became managing director and co-owner in 1999 and is still there today. For his work at Interactive, he received the Entrepreneur of the Year award in the Technology category in the Southern Region from Ernst & Young . Christopher is a passionate mountaineer and has a flying license .

He self- published his first novel "Die Frequency" in 2007 until he got a contract with Random House Australia.

His previous 3 books form a series about the time traveler Willson Dowling from Australia .
