Circus Carl Busch

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Circus Carl Busch is one of the largest circuses in Germany, operating since 2014 under the name of German National Circus Carl Busch .

history

The Circus Carl Busch was founded in 1891 by Carl Busch senior. Founded in Nuremberg and comes from the Circus Jacob Busch line . Carl Busch started out as a weight lifter at fairs. Over time he recruited more and more artists and organized the first shows. Within a few years the circus became very well known.

In the 1980s, the management was with Isabella and Alfred Scholl (previously Circus Carl Althoff), who were able to achieve the previous size. After the death of Alfred Scholl, Alfons Willeam became director. He was the son of Heinz Wille, the director of the former Circus Berlin , which is now run by his second son Heiner and his sons under the name Circus William .

The company feels obliged to the tradition of the European circus and presents both artistry with changing international artists as well as a large number of in-house animal acts . Carl Busch's first animals were horses. They pulled the wagons and performed tricks.

The large circus is now owned by fourth and fifth generation circus people.

On October 23, 2009, a new tent facility was inaugurated during the guest performance in Stuttgart and a blessing was made on November 30 of the same year in Bayreuth .

"Chiccoland"

The Circus Carl Busch opened the Chiccoland leisure area with a large petting zoo in Dürrwangen-Haslach in Central Franconia , the residence and winter quarters of the Wille-Busch family .
