COMARCH is an IT service provider and software manufacturer founded in 1993 with branches in 33 countries on 4 continents. In Germany, Comarch is represented at eight locations by the companies Comarch AG and Comarch Software & Beratung AG. The parent company is Comarch SA, a software manufacturer from Krakow ( Poland ) founded by the university professor Janusz Filipiak . Since it was founded, Comarch has established branches and research centers in several countries in Europe, Asia and America and has developed into an international provider of IT solutions for business process optimization and customer relationship management. Comarch offers IT solutions for large companies, medium-sized companies (ERP, BI, ECM, Financials, EDI, CRM), telecommunications, banks & insurance companies and healthcare and employs over 6,000 people worldwide.

Comarch SA is the parent company of a group of companies, u. a. NetBrokers (the largest Internet exchange for agricultural products in Poland), Interia.pl (one of the largest Internet portals in Poland), Comarch Software und Beratung AG (formerly SoftM AG ) and MKS Cracovia SSA (Cracow Sports Club).
Comarch in Germany
Comarch has been active in Germany since 1999. Comarch Software AG, which was founded especially, sold its products from Frankfurt am Main , specializing in consulting and integration activities. In 2005 the German headquarters were relocated to Dresden . The products and services developed in Dresden are sold through Comarch's sales channels in Western Europe, Central and Eastern Europe, America and the Middle East. Comarch Software AG has a branch in Frankfurt am Main.
Comarch has been the main shareholder (50.15%) of SoftM Software und Beratung AG in Munich since November 2008 . Since June 2010 SoftM Software und Beratung AG has been operating under the new name Comarch Software und Beratung AG . Since February 2009 Comarch has held 80.89% of the SoftM shares. SoftM
On December 10th, 2009 Comarch joined TSV 1860 Munich as a major sponsor with the designation "Presenter" . In the 2010/11 season Comarch was the main sponsor of the Munich Lions .
Prizes & awards
Comarch has received several awards for its IT solutions in recent years. The group was recognized by the World Economic Forum in Davos as a “Technology Pioneer” and by the Economic Forum in Krynica as the best new economy company in Central and Eastern Europe. In addition, Comarch received an award from the Polish President as the best Polish company.
2015
The “Loyalty Award 2015”, one of the most famous prizes in the world of customer loyalty, went to Comarch's Loyalty Program this year. The winning projects that were awarded in London include the implementations for jetBlue Airways and airBaltic.
2014
Comarch SFA awarded the IT Innovation Prize at CeBIT 2014: Comarch Sales Force Automation (SFA), the solution for supporting sales processes, was recognized as the most innovative solution in its category and received the IT Innovation Prize 2014.
2013
“ERP System of the Year” in the Mail Order and Textile categories: The Center for Enterprise Research has named Comarch ERP Enterprise as “ERP System of the Year” in the Mail Order category and, together with its partner ImPuls, in the Textile category.
Comarch is included in the Truffle100 ranking: The truffle list represents the 100 best European IT companies.
Pipeline's 2013 Innovation Award: The Comarch M2M platform received the Pipeline's 2013 Innovation Award for 'Innovation in Connectivity'.
2011
“ERP System of the Year” in the E-Business category: Comarch ERP Enterprise prevailed in the E-Business category at the Potsdam congress due to its excellent performance and properties.
