Conrad Thulemeyer

Conrad Thulemeyer (born April 30, 1625 in Bega, today part of Dörentrup , Lippe district ; † June 2, 1683 in Bremen ; also Thulemeier ) was a German medic.

Life

Thulemeyer was a doctor of medicine and a city ​​physician in Bremen. On October 3, 1653 he married Anna Margarethe Kotzenberg (born 1624 in Horn , died between 1683 and 1700), the daughter of Johann Hermann Kotzenberg , Chancellor of Detmold , and his second wife Elisabeth von der Lippe (1585–1664). Later he became a personal physician at the court of Landgravine Eleonore Katharine von Pfalz-Zweibrücken-Kleeburg . His son is the scholar Heinrich Günther von Thulemeyer (around 1654–1714).

Conrad Thulemeyer was buried in the Protestant St. Stephen's Church in Bremen.
