David Muñoz
David Muñoz Banon (born June 9, 1979 in Elche ) is a former Spanish cyclist .
David Muñoz began his career in 2001 with the Spanish cycling team Kelme-Costa Blanca . In his second year he celebrated his first professional victory, a stage win on the Tour of Portugal . Since 2004 he has been driving for the successor team Comunidad Valenciana . At the Giro del Trentino 2006, Muñoz decided a stage for himself. In the doping scandal Fuentes , his name was included on the list of drivers who are said to have been customers of the controversial doctor Eufemiano Fuentes .
