The Deccan Herald is the largest English-language Indian daily newspaper in the state of Karnataka . The publisher is The Printers (Mysore) Private Limited. There are different editions of the head sheet in Bangalore , Hubli , Mysore , Mangalore and Gulbarga . It was first published in 1948.
Circulation is said to have been 180,000 copies in 2005 (The ABC certified figures).
