Denise Amann

Denise Amann (* 1979 in Bregenz ) is an Austrian restaurateur and TV cook .

Life

The trained communication designer is a career changer in gastronomy , she learned to cook autodidactically , from her mother and grandmother. Denise Amann likes to cook crossover and prefers to use ingredients from organic farming. She completed her culinary knowledge by traveling to Asia. She cooked first in Switzerland, then in France. In 2005 she opened her own bar "noi" in the 16th district of Vienna , which she ran until June 2010. At the beginning of May 2011 she and her partner Denis Djulic opened the “st'ill” restaurant in Feldkirch . From April 2008 she cooked in 10 programs together with Bernie Rieder in the ORF cook-docu soap “Wild Cooking - Everyone can cook!”. On October 17, 2008 was Denise Amann guest at the cooking show Markus Lanz in ZDF . In 2008 she was a participant in the ORF show Die Überflieger alongside Nicole Burns-Hansen , Benjamin Karl and Gery Keszler .
