German procurement and contract committee for construction work

The German Procurement and Contract Committee for Construction Services (DVA) is a non-legal association.

Its task is to develop and develop principles for the award and processing of public building contracts. Furthermore, the DVA deals with the creation of regulations for the rationalization of the building industry by means of electronic data processing. The composition and the content of tasks are laid down in its statutes. It consists primarily of representatives of all important public clients such as central municipal associations and leading organizations in business and technology.

Its tasks are carried out by four main committees.
