Richard Peter "Dick" Rodenheiser or Rodenhiser (born October 17, 1932 in Malden , Massachusetts ) is a former American ice hockey player . At the 1960 Winter Olympics , he won the gold medal as a member of the US national team.

Career

Dick Rodenheiser began his career as an ice hockey player at Boston University , which he attended from 1951 to 1953, while he also played for their ice hockey team in the National Collegiate Athletic Association . From 1954 to 1956 and in the 1959/60 season he took part with Team USA in their Olympic preparation.

International

For the United States Roden Heiser participated in the Winter Olympics in 1956 in Cortina d'Ampezzo and 1960 in Squaw Valley part. At the 1956 Winter Games he and his team won the silver medal and the gold medal at the 1960 Winter Games.
