It has its source in the Gommas Mountains and flows in a north-westerly direction. It flows into the Abbai . The rivers Wam , Enareya , Aet , Angar and Dobana flow into it . Downstream of the interface with the Angar, it is free of rapids and therefore potentially navigable.
